Meet Our October Community Spotlight: Peter Rathmann, CEO of Allis Manufacturing

At ABA Toolbox, we’re excited to shine a spotlight on Peter Rathmann, the visionary CEO of Allis Manufacturing, who is revolutionizing the way companies approach inclusive hiring. Inspired by his personal experience with his daughter on the autism spectrum, Peter is dedicated to fostering a disability-friendly workplace, breaking down stereotypes about the productivity of individuals with disabilities, and helping create lasting social impact.

Since stepping into his CEO role seven years ago, Peter has worked tirelessly to build a team that embraces inclusivity. One standout success is Eric, a 19-year-old graduate of the Uniquely Abled Project's CNC Machining Program at Milwaukee Area Technical College. Eric now works at Allis Manufacturing, where Peter actively mentors him and serves on the Advisory Board to advocate for similar initiatives throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.
